Please be aware that we are now opening the inner door leading to the men’s and ladies downstairs toilets. These are now the toilets that should be used by members instead of the one in the ladies changing room toilets.Both the men’s and ladies changing rooms will be locked.
Squash News The squash courts have been available now since the 10th August for limited games under COVID restrictions.
Changing rooms and showers are to remain closed in accordance with Squash Wales guidelines
A very successful American tournament and barbecue was held at the end of August. Thanks to Craig for arranging, and also to Nigel and Netti for helping organise the event, great fun was had by all. Following the success of this event a further ladies tournament was run by Iris Duffy, again a great event which was enjoyed by all. Many thanks to Iris.League games:

A great article appeared in The Times just last week (see link below) regarding David Mercer. He played at our club in the 60′s and 70′s as a junior then later when practising as a solicitor in Swansea.
He also umpired locally and when players were asked to umpire at Langland – David regularly volunteered.
He began his career in broadcasting after winning a BBC Wales competition.
He was invited to speak at a dinner in the Brangwyn Hall having umpired at Wimbledon and commentated on so many matches.
