Important – Mycourts log in / privacy settings
While it’s great to be back on court, it’s brought with it a few problems, as now everyone needs to use the online booking system, as well as naming all opponents.
The is due to the “out of lockdown” situation, and we are following the guidelines as set out.
On the positive side, it’s a good opportunity for us to ensure that all our members are able to access the online booking system, and will help us to monitor who is playing and when, as well as ensuring that all members are current.
When you joined, you will have received an email giving you a Username and link to set up a password on the online booking system. If you can’t find this, please email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I will re-send it to you.
Once this is set up, you must log in again, and go to your “Privacy settings”. Read through information on “Booking sheets” and “Member’s Directory”, and ensure that you have opted in. This will ensure that your name will appear under “opponents” when someone else is booking the court, as well as receiving emails from the club.
It is important that you press the “Submit” button before leaving the page, or details will NOT be saved/changed.
Several different members can have the same email address, this typically happens for families. When using the Forgotten Password, the process will send a separate message to each member with the same email address.
You can also add or make changes to your profile here at any time.
There is a lot of information on your page, but of course most importantly, it allows you to make court bookings.
ALL members are to book courts at the moment – no “show up and play”, and ALL names of people playing must appear on the booking sheet. If you can’t find your opponent’s name, please ask them to go through the above process.
Please contact me directly via the email address - email@example.com, if you are still experiencing any problems regarding this and/or membership fees, payments, etc, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Kind regards, and happy playing!
